It is known that the regular practice of sports or physical activities have benefits that contribute to the well-being of people physically, emotionally and socially. The World Health Organization recommends a minimum of 60 minutes a day of physical activity for children and adolescents between 5 and 17 years of age
Sport favors the development of coarse coordination, teamwork, rule follow-up, in addition to all the physical benefits it brings, for example the reduction of risk factors or the control of certain physical diseases (asthma, obesity, heart disease) , diabetes), psychic benefits (reduction of depression, anxiety, stress, ...); integration and social cohesion
Also through sports values are promoted such as solidarity, tolerance, discipline, self-confidence, personal improvement, etc. For all these reasons, it is considered of utmost importance that children and young people of school age have access to a sports physical practice.
